Global Compact Network Finland Newsletter 1/2021
Brief in English
Happy New Year 2021! Global Compact Network Finland has had an energetic start to the new year with eight new Finnish organisations joining the Compact. This year, we will focus on delivering high-quality resources and events to support our Network in advancing corporate sustainability. A strong focus is being put on the UN 2030 Agenda and the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
The UN 2030 Agenda will be discussed from the perspective of Finnish companies in a webinar on February 4. Keynote speakers include the director of the Environmental Policy Centre of the Finnish Environment Institute Eeva Furman and Under-Secretary of State (Foreign & Security Policy) Kai Sauer. The event will be held in Finnish.
